Property Management is more than simply collecting rent; it is a specialised service which requires experience, knowledge, dedication and commitment to managing your Real Estate Investment.

The Service we provide allows our clients to go about with their own day to day lifestyle without having to deal with the multitude of tasks, including assessing market rent prices, collection of rent, receipting rent, accounting of monies, maintenance issues, legislation and the minefield of consumer rights and obligations, just to name a few. We found that the most successful approach in Property Management and streamlining the Department is by having it set out in a Portfolio System.  This will enable you as a client to contact one person who will oversee all the facets in that portfolio.

All Staff that are employed with our Agency have completed comprehensive Property Management Training with either R.E.I.Q or a T.A.F.E College and continue to attend regular Training Courses and Seminars.  Our Principal is a Member of REIQ, and we receive regular updates from the R.E.I.Q which enables us to be educated with any changes to Residential Tenancy Act.


Our Agency uses a number of Marketing Strategies to introduce your property to the market for prospective tenants. We also offer a Prospective Tenant database where every new prospective tenant/s are entered and crossed referenced to any of our properties for rent.
